After inaugurating a day-long workshop on “Shopper Safety within the northern states” held in Chandigarh, Shopper Affairs Secretary Rohit Kumar Singh emphasised the position of expertise in strengthening the patron safety ecosystem and the significance of infrastructure and human sources in shopper commissions.
